Wedbush Securities is Hiring a Client Service Associate Near Pasadena, CA

Job Description:

Wedbush Securities is one of the largest securities firms and investment banks in the nation. We provide innovative financial solutions through our Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Futures and Advanced Clearing & Prime Services divisions. Our Denver office is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support assigned Financial Advisors (FA) on a growing team.

The Client Service Associate will help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. This role assists with the development and growth of the business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and committed individual who can thrive while working in a fast-paced, innovative, and growing wealth advisory team. There is plenty of room for growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
  • Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
  • Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
  • Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
  • Research and arranges detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compiles all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
  • Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
  • Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
  • Maintain files and documents
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred but not required
  • 2 years broker/dealer administrative and sales support preferred, but not required
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, but not required
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional appearance and demeanor essential
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines required

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000-$65,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
